Lots of singing!!! The session is music led. Well known tunes / nursery rhymes adapted to suit movements in the pool. Predominantly we work on building confidence in the pool. Everyone is in the pool - the parent / guardian with their child (maximum of 12 pairs) and the instructor. If you have more than one child in this age group please contact us.

The pool temperature should be set to 30 degrees as a minimum for this age group and we will endeavour to ensure this.  This means that the babies should be able to tolerate being in the pool for the full session.
