These sessions are instructor led with parents / guardians on the side of the pool. The instructor is in the pool with your child and there is a maximum of 2 children per instructor so we can really focus on what your child needs. Children work on becoming fully independent in the water.  We do not use arm bands.

It is essential that children wear correct swimming attire - Girls need a swimming costume - Not a bikini; Boys need to wear swimming trunks; both need to wear swimming hats.

Working on developing the basic swimming techniques - front paddle; breast stroke and back paddle, and increasing their independent ability in the water.
