Turtle Session Changes

After each week Jane and I debrief the sessions and plan for the next ones. We love the Turtles session but we want to get more specific teaching for the children.

What are we doing I hear you ask........

We are looking at changing the sessions layout. We are going to split the lessons. Instead of 8 children to 2 instructors for 40 minutes we believe that we can make more of a difference to the little ones progress by being more intensive. This would mean shortened lessons but a better instructor to pupil ratio.

The plan would be 25 minute lessons 2 children per instructor. This way we can focus more specifically to the children’s needs. At the end of the day Snappers aim is to get your little ones swimming and what better way to makes sure we do?
